With effect from September 1st, 2019, RHOBA-Chemie GmbH in 33699 Bielefeld, Gustav-Winkler-Str. 32a, HRB 35610 in AG Bielefeld has been taken over by APA Holding GmbH. APA Holding GmbH, whose sole owner and managing director Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Pawlik also owns 100% in 33813 Oerlinghausen, Industriestr. 5 Jokisch GmbH is based in Hamburg. Both Jokisch GmbH and RHOBA-Chemie GmbH are represented by the managing director, Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Pawlik, who has sole power of representation, and operate autonomously and independently in the market as far as general business operations and brand identity are concerned.
The employees in both organizations were informed about these changes on September 2nd 2019 and, are looking forward to the new challenges with great optimism!
