CIP cleaning of lines carrying paint: The cleaning solution is pumped in the circuit to dissolve all lacquer residues. If the desired cleaning effect is not achieved, a further rinse must be carried out (with increased concentration if necessary). Then rinse the pipe system with water.
Manual cleaning: The cleaning solution is applied using a suitable cleaning pad. Then rinse with water.
Due to the large number of lacquer and paint systems and materials, preliminary tests are recommended.

A concentration determination is possible by means of a hand refractometer (faktor = 1.56)
concentration (Vol.%) = [value read] x 1.56
