RHOBA SUPRA E301 is a liquid cold paint stripper for dipping applications and is ideal for stripping paint from miscoated workpieces and painting equipment. Use undiluted by immersion and at room temperature. Heating up to 45°C is possible and can shorten the paint stripping time. We recommend cleaning the parts to be stripped of coarse dirt and oil. They must also be completely dry. Ingress of water reduces the paint stripping performance and considerably reduces the bath service life; in addition, corrosion can occur on light metals.

RHOBA SUPRA E301 can be used with a top coat, our RHOBA SUPRA Z401 (Article no. 103002), to reduce evaporation losses and carry-over losses. It is important to ensure that the parts to be stripped are fully immersed in the working phase. For optimum function, the top coat should be 8-10 cm high. Depending on the type, layer thickness and age of the coating, paint removal time ranges from a few minutes to several hours. A gentle bath movement supports the paint stripping process and shortens the contact time. Once the paint stripping process is complete, the parts are rinsed in a water bath or sprayed with a strong jet of water, ensuring that no water gets into the paint stripper bath. In the case of steel or iron workpieces, subsequent passivation may be necessary to prevent rusting.
