RHOBATEC AZW
  • Properties
  • Application
  • Technical data
  • Note
  • preserves the value of wooden, metal and plastic surfaces that are frequently cleaned or need to be protected during storage or transportation
  • protects paint spraying systems that are constantly "painted" unintentionally by paint mist overspray, but also painting equipment, e.g. painting hangers
  • has excellent flexibility and can therefore be removed very quickly later in large strips
  • protects and considerably reduces the subsequent cleaning effort

The surface to be treated must be dry and clean (free of oil, grease and dust) (pre-cleaning with our RHOBA LAVIA L or W-types).

Remove paint mist deposits beforehand with our RHOBA SUPRA E -types.

Then apply RHOBA SUPRA B102 either by rolling, brushing or airless spraying (dilute with approx. 2 % water beforehand) generously and evenly. A uniform film thickness of at least 110 µm should be applied so that subsequent stripping can be carried out quickly and easily. Different application thicknesses can lead to "predetermined breaking points".

Drying time: approx. 1 - 4 hours, depending on application thickness and ambient temperature. Approx. 2 - 4 m² can be coated per kg, depending on requirements and substrate.

The thicker and more evenly the application layer is applied, the easier it is to remove RHOBA SUPRA B102. Removal is very easy and quick by pushing off with a spatula, then reapply RHOBA SUPRA B102 as described above.

Note: The product is intended for use at room temperature or up to 40 °C. At higher temperatures, the applied film becomes brittle.

Appearance slightly pasty, white
Density at 20 °C approx. 1.12 g/ml
ph-value at 20 °C 8 - 9
