• removes a wide variety of paint systems, e.g., air-drying epoxy paints, polyurethane paints, acrylic paints, 1 and 2-component paint systems and especially powder paints, high solids, or PVC paints 
• has proven to be excellent for stripping paint from miscoated workpieces and painting equipment
• can be used universally for paint stripping on steel and iron
• is not suitable for aluminium

RHOBA SUPRA E403 is a liquid, alkaline and amine-free hot paint stripper concentrate that can be used in spray painting and dipping processes.

Caution: RHOBA SUPRA E403 should always be diluted 1:1 with water to prevent the formation of flammable mixtures with the air!

The parts to be stripped should be cleaned of coarse dirt and oil. Work is carried out at 70°C to max. 85°C in the paint stripping system.

When the system is at a standstill, two phases form in the paint stripper solution. This is completely normal and does not affect the paint stripping performance during operation.

The paint stripping time depends on the type of paint used, the paint thickness, the age of the paint and the process used and can range from a few minutes to several hours.

Once the paint stripping process is complete, the parts are rinsed in a water bath or sprayed off the surface with a water jet, possibly also using high pressure. The rinsing water must not get into the paint stripper bath.

In the case of steel and iron workpieces, subsequent passivation (e.g. RHOBA SUPRA C303) may be necessary to prevent rust formation.

Check material compatibility in an inconspicuous place before use.
