First fill in the required amount of water and then carefully add RHOBA LAVIA W306. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with water and dry.

Depending on the material, subsequent passivation with corrosion protection may be necessary to prevent flash rust formation.

By titration: 3 ml of the cleaning bath are added to a 100 ml Erlenmeyer flask and diluted with 50ml of demineralized water. 3 drops of indicator solution (phenolphthalein solution, 1 % in ethanol). With 0.1 M sulfuric acid is titrated until the color change from violet to colorless.

Concentration (vol.%) = [consumption 0.1M sulphuric acid in ml] x 0.91
