Low foaming and multi-functional cleaning concentrate that removes strongest soiling, such as grease, oil, soot, resinous residues and corrosion protection agents.
 

Then rinse with water if necessary. Before using RHOBA LAVIA W303, we recommend cleaning the washing system with RHOBA LAVIA W101 (RHOBACLEAN 13 KL).

By titration: 10 ml of the cleaning bath are added to a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask and diluted with 50 ml of demineralized water. 5 drops of indicator solution methyl orange is added. Titration will be done with 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution (HCl) until color change from yellow to red.

Concentration (vol.%) = [volume 0.1 M (HCl) in ml] x 1,32 If the pH and concentration are within the specified values, but the cleaning effect is no longer sufficient, the cleaning bath is exhausted and should be changed.
