The product is applied by immersion. The application time can be shortened by using an ultrasonic basin. Rust removal can also be accelerated by raising the temperature to 40°C. After rust removal, rinse the components with water, dry them and, if necessary, protect them from rusting again with a passivation.

The application time and concentration depend on the degree of rust. If the rust removal performance of the immersion bath decreases over time, the bath must be changed.
