RHOBA SUPRA V210 is applied in an immersion process or by pumping around in a circulation process.
The exposure time can be shortened by using an ultrasonic tank. Rust removal can also be accelerated by raising the temperature to 40°C.
After rust removal, rinse the components with water, dry them and, if necessary, protect them from rusting again with passivation.
The application time and concentration depend on the degree of corrosion. If the derusting performance of the immersion bath decreases over time, the bath must be replaced.
