RHOBA SUPRA E501 is a ready-to-use paint remover that reliably removes a variety of cured polyurethanes, 1 K and 2 K paints, epoxy paints, dried paints, as well as oils, greases and environmental dirt by spraying, rinsing, pumping, dipping, brushing and wiping.

RHOBA SUPRA E501 is used undiluted and at room temperature, heating up to 40° C is possible and can shorten the paint stripping time. The parts to be stripped should be cleaned of coarse dirt and oil and must be dry. Ingressed water reduces the paint stripping performance and considerably reduces the bath service life; in addition, corrosion can occur on light metals.

Depending on the type, layer thickness and age of the organic coating, the paint removal time ranges from a few minutes to several hours. A light bath movement supports the stripping process and experience has shown that it shortens the stripping time. Once the paint stripping process is complete, the parts are rinsed in a water bath or sprayed with a strong jet of water, ensuring that no water gets into the paint stripper bath.
